Another cakewalk: JP Singh watches as Rohit Bal feeds Sunil Sethi the surprise birthday cake he’d arranged for himOn day two of the ongoing Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, which also happened to be FDCIpresident Sunil Sethi's birthday, WIFW'sopening party gave the designers and models a chance to unwind amid all the hustle-bustle of putting together a show.Making their way straight from the last show for the day, the guests danced and snacked on the finger food, not forgetting to wish Sethi a happy birthday each time they saw him, yelling over the music to make themselves heard. Designers who still had shows to put up and preparations to take care of, like AshishSoni and NachiketBarve, left early, while the ones who'd already showcased their collections and didn't have to worry about them, like Pankaj and Nidhi and SamantChauhan, partied hard and stayed longer.
Later that night, even though Sethi's birthday had technically ended, Rohit Bal surprised him with yet another cake, and ensured he cut it and ate it too. Sethi told us, "I didn't know something like this was planned, because this was simply our opening party. But Gudda arranged for the cake, and it was a pleasant surprise for me."
