Veena Malik took a month to get the ‘ghost’ look right

Veena MalikVeena Malik, who plays a ghost in the horror film 'Mumbai 125 Km', was particular about not going over the top in terms of the look of her character. The actress even had several discussions with director-producer Hemant Madhukar and they mutually decided on keeping the prosthetics subtle.

The two tried different looks with a number of prosthetic make-up artists and finally zeroed in on one. Says Hemant, "We were aiming for a look that would be scary without being over the top. It took us about a month to get the right look." The movie was shot over 80 nights. Mumbai 125 Km releases October 17.
